The information contained in this form gives DogWorks relevant background information about you and your dog and is also used for the purposes of communicating with you. After you finish training with DogWorks, this information is securely archived since many clients return to us over the years. During your course, DogWorks will send you weekly emails with handouts and video links. DogWorks will not send you spam email or unsolicited marketing emails unless you have asked to be kept informed about upcoming classes. (We don’t have time to write these and we are a bit rubbish at marketing - we are too busy training dogs!) We will not pass your data onto third parties without your explicit consent.
